Our Story
Born from a Love of Duck Creek Village
Duck Creek Village sits at 8,500 feet in the Dixie National Forest — a place of extraordinary beauty that most people don’t even know exists. Minutes from Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Cedar Breaks, it’s one of Southern Utah’s best-kept secrets.
We’re a family operation. Every cabin we manage is treated like it’s our own — because we’ve stayed in all of them. We’re selective about the properties we take on, the standards we maintain, and the experience we deliver.

The People Behind It
Meet Nick & Ciera
We’re Nick and Ciera — the Helms. Nick spent his summers as a kid in Duck Creek Village, building memories he’s never forgotten. After we got married, he brought me up here and that was it. I understood immediately why this place has such a hold on him.
We’re based in Las Vegas, but every summer when the desert hits triple digits, you’ll find us up at 8,500 feet. Duck Creek is where we recharge, where our dogs Taco and Nova run free, and where we built something we’re genuinely proud of — eleven properties we’d be happy to stay in ourselves.
750+ five-star reviews and five years as Airbnb Superhosts later, we still get excited when guests tell us Duck Creek changed them. That never gets old.
